Positions on Architecture, Landscape, and Urbanism

"[Criticism] might contribute in a modest way to our very survival"
-Walter Benjamin, or Towards a Revolutionary Criticism

Say is a journal founded on the need for contemporary criticism in architecture, landscape architecture, and urbanism. Say is a laboratory and community for critical opinions. The journal is not just a space for the production of criticism but also a physical space for the creation of conversation, inquiry, and criticism: between critics, between objects, between professionals, and between students. Most importantly the voices of the emerging and veteran critics are unstifled. The journal allows candid criticism of contemporary and historical works to fill the void of opinions in architecture, landscape architecture, and urbanism today.
